Short trip to forest

I’ve recently bought yet another lens as replacement for my Tamron 20-40mm. I wanted something suitable for low light situations and wider than Minolta 50mm F1.7 so I’ve chosen Minolta 24mm F2.8. Just after receiving package I’ve taken my new glass for some low light trip through forest. Below are results. All are handheld.

#1 Lets start our trip

1/25 sec, f/5, ISO 400, 24 mm (36 mm equivalent)

#2 Some trees near small stream

1/15 sec, f/8, ISO 400, 24 mm (36 mm equivalent)

#3 A bit different view at these roots

#4 No way! I won’t go deep into such dark forest! :)

1/20 sec, f/8, ISO 400, 24 mm (36 mm equivalent)

#5 I’d rather like to walk by the stream

1/15 sec, f/7.1, ISO 400, 24 mm (36 mm equivalent)

#6 Woodcutters were here

#7 And they left without finishing their job

#8 Poor trees…
